The following introduces a simple and generous radiator production method.

1. Material selection: The materials used in the radiator are generally flat iron, forged flat iron and square steel, round steel, square tube, forged square tube, rectangular tube, forged rectangular tube, and the additional parts used in the radiator are forged flowers, stamping parts, etc.

2. Production method: The method and steps of making a radiator with flat iron are as follows.

(1) Determine the pattern: design the effect diagram of the radiator.

(2) Design requirements: the specifications of flat iron are 16 mm *2 mm, and the color is black.

(3) Drawing construction drawings: the effect drawing according to the original size

(4) Cutting: Take an elastic rope along the flower shape in the figure to measure the length of the lines that make up the flower shape. Use stone notes next to each line.

(5) Make auxiliary frames

(6) Folding flower shape: ① When folding flower shape line, it should be large after small, long after short. First take the flower-shaped line material in the folding machine to fold the approximate arc, and then use the self-made folding machine and self-made wrench to modify until each section of the flower-shaped line is completely consistent with the figure on the ground. The flower shape must be smooth, and the flower shape line material should be levelled on the platform. All the flower-shaped lines in the drawing are folded one by one to the actual size. ② Fold the circle, according to the actual size of the flower-shaped circle with flat iron material on the folding machine to fold the circle and spot welding.

(7) Put the good frame flat iron material into the auxiliary frame, the corresponding edge is attached to the inside of the auxiliary frame, and the four sides are lightly spot-welded with the auxiliary frame with electric welding. The four corners of the flat iron frame should be welded firmly by electric welding. Put each section of flower-shaped lines and flower-shaped circles in the corresponding position in the construction drawing, the flower-shaped places can be marked with stone pen, and then cut off with the cutting machine, and welded with electric welding.

(8) Disassembly means that the auxiliary frame is completely separated from the radiator in the frame. The solder joint between the auxiliary frame and the radiator can be separated by grinding or cutting with a polishing machine equipped with a cutting sheet.
